How to get ultimate TOTS 3 players pack?

I really did hate this Ultimate TOTS PP. I got absolutely shafted. My best Serie A players was Ferguson, my best Bundesliga players was Xhaka (or the only one I didn't had, the others where Tapsoba and Adeyemi) and my regular PP I got one out of six (got 11 wins) from the proper Ultimate TOTS, which was Ferguson again.

I’m super jealous cos at this rate I won’t be able to play this week. Didn’t qualify cos I left it until today (Sunday), went to play and my latency was 155ms and I was lagging hard. Gameplay was unplayable because of the connection issues.
