I tried an insanely good lamb stew that was cooked in a clay pot in Istanbul. The dish is know as testi kebab and includes lamb marinated with spices and vegetables and all cooked over time with coal and served with various sides. This is Turkish classic served in Istanbul and I was glad to try out the delicious local Istanbul food.

All I cared about at the beginning was that bread. I could if made a meal out of that. But then here comes the lamb stew. I swear I could smell that all the way over here in the Stated. That wasn’t your basic restaurant meal. That was a production of the epic kind. Very cool

Lived in Turkey for over 8 years, the hotness of the peppers there is perfect, always hot enough, still able to eat, but not to hot.

My goodness, Volpe! By the time the chef was sealing the clay pot I was salivating big time. Then when the waiter broke the pot and poured all that goodness in to that hot platter i swear I could smell it and taste it! Did you try the yogurt, hummus and spicy salad mixed together on that beautiful bread? What a massive amount of flavors! TOP STUFF!! CHEERS!

To me, the service and ambience was way above and beyond. The waiter/Owner? is really a great ambassador for his country. The Turkish economy is in horrible shape, much like Venezuela. Tô be that gracious under that type of pressure is very admirable. You and Alejandra are doing great work Volpe.

Homie, your food videos always deliver. I'm enjoying the food through you two. Bread and fresh dips are tasty combination. Much respect to the restaurant owners who open up their kitchens for you to film them. All that food looks so good. The love of fries there with every meal is funny to me but I would certainly enjoy destroying the fries as much as possible.

Try Indian champaram mutton similar process of cooking but the taste will be 1000 times more better the flavour you will get will explode all ur taste buds , p.s- when are you planning to show Alexandra India and real authentic biriyani ?????????
