Its the same thing happened with me when I did a roller coaster ride for the first time. But for overcome from the fear I did it 3 times and man it was awesome.
They should have shoulder straps and seat belts as secondary safety precaution in case lap bar unexpectedly gives way. If they're not doing this, it's insanely unsafe.
@@howdareu964 the Karen thing is so boringgggg, lame excuse for not speaking facts , yeah sure be wreckless with everything rather than be called a “karen” 😂 it’s usually those with lower IQ that call people Karen’s, fact 😃
The thing that got me when I rode this ride is that I didn't know it tilted forward. That got my heart pumping. I probably won't ride it again unless one of the grandkids wants to. You cannot let your kids, grandkids etc ride on a thrill ride with out you also doing it.
@Rich I'm in awe of your bravery! I honestly don't think I could go on this ride for all the money in the world. The last couple of times I've been on rollercoasters I've come off the ride with a thumping headache, so I think my days of riding the extreme ones are over. I honestly think I would put my health at risk if I went on this ride 😱😱
I did this ride when I was in Vegas last month. I’m 55 and my husband is 61. It was awesome! I just decided that even if I was scared, I was still going to do it. We are so glad we did it.
Oh hell no way Jose! I'm having anxiety just watching that ride and I'm sitting here in my living room watching it on my cell phone. The only thing I keep picturing in my mind is the episode on CSI where the roller coaster ran off the track. If I went on that ride I think I would have to change my clothes seriously.
Same here. My anxiety is ramping up just knowing that my kids are chomping at the bit to go on this ride 😫 I only have a few more years before they're too old for me to say, "no".
I have been on lots of crazy and scary rides at many amusement parks and I just don’t get scared. This one frightened the hell out of me. It’s 1000 feet straight down. Never will do this again!
My legs are literally becoming weak watching this and my vertigo is beginning to act up, feeling dizzy. They are nuts!!! Who in the world came up with this idea?!?!??!?
If you don't mind a question from a stranger...Do you find your vertigo progressing through the years? Mine seems to be getting worse as I get older. The last time I had to drive over a bridge (a large one, going into Chicago) my palms started sweating and I had that horrible feeling of panic. This is the same bridge I have driven over many times in the past, and never had this problem. Just wondering if this is the case for anyone else? Thanks.
I rode this years ago with some friends. We did it at night. I think it was way scarier! Idk how they talked me into riding it but I'm glad I did. It was scary but really a thrill ride!!!
That is crazy. That is playing with death. There have been accidents involving smaller machines that try to make fun of death, I would not get on that machine even if they pay me because death always wins. We need to respect that which we cannot control and death is one of them.
Apple products IOS I know right! Hell to the m'fn NAW😣 all that's keeping those people from plunging hundreds of feet to their deaths is that little T shaped bar that goes Between their legs and across their lap they don't even have proper over shoulder roller coaster harnesses Just that bar! like what if the button that the operator presses to lock the lap bars in place was accidentally pressed and they unlocked! or if there was a computer malfunction that caused them to unlock while the ride was in operation?! There is just too much potential for error be it human or otherwise and that is _Not_ a risk I'd be willing to take !!
ᵀʰʳᵉᵉ ᵒᶠ ᵃ ᴷⁱⁿᵈ shit ikr I wouldn’t go there or do it for $1 billion dollars heck no !!! I’m scared of heights wow I bet in 2540 they would do that like six flags in an air uk roller coasters in an air 🤢🤕💀
Shatonia Thompson Jesus may not be able to save you once you slide on,out and down to the city below, get Jesus to ride with you in the same car great commentthougat!
@@SFVnative Because to the believer ... he's not dead. Tomorrow is Easter, find out why we celebrate it ... and it has nothing to do with bunnies and eggs!
The sheer number of accidents due to faulty ride .I've seen quiet a few some where kids had limbs ripped off and some resulting is death .I'd never go on anything like this .
@@bessturner1625 I was 41 when I rode this. Of course insurance, you have to. It's not that dangerous. I ride motorcycle, hang glide and fly planes too. If you don't do dangerous things you're not really living.
It is 1,100 ft above the parking lot, not much if you look down, but turn your head 90 degrees sideways and it’s a totally different effect, guarantied to make your stomach quizzy , I was told by the opera that if you do it long enough you’ll cover cars below with your dinner
How about having a coaster that starts at the top of the Strat and runs directly to another hotel via loops and turns?... It then terminates at the closest hotel with a 500ft drop. Now that would be cool and achievable in this day and age.
I got on this, it was actaully fun, scary? Kinda, i looked down on the strip and it was a good view, Relief going back off too lol, We rode all 3 rides, i wanted to do the jump but it was top expensive, It was fun. Best roller coaster? No not really but its a good experience and i do reccomend it
