He denied Trump his 1st Amendment right to Freedom of Speech. He let the jury off for the weekend when they should have been sequestered immediately. He told the jury they didn’t have to find the specific crime to match for what he was accused for a guilty verdict. The star witness committed more severe crimes than what Trump is charged. I could go on and on.

It is not the Jury's job to determine the UNDERLYING CRIME. The DA office must provide to the court the Underlying Crime for this to even go to Trial to make it a Felony. It is not the Jury's job they are not the experts in the NY State Law.

I am a lawyer in Colorado, and I believe that a wrongful conviction is the only outcome. The jury has been misled to believe that they only need to think that Trump INTENDED to commit a crime under New York law, tax law or election law, and instructed that they do not need to agree on any specific law or explain their opinion. The jury is asked to read Trump's mind, which is impossible, so they will substitute prejudicial belief for evidence. Moreover, the judge will not let the jury go without a conviction. The judge will hold the jury captive until anyone who would otherwise find Trump not guilty agrees to vote guilty just to be able to go home and not have to worry about a mob of angry anti-Trumpers threatening their lives. Upon conviction, this judge will sentence Trump to prison and deny bail, either outright, or by setting the appeal bond so high that Trump cannot get any bank to fund him.
