Inshore Fishing Tampa Bay with Artificial Lures - Battling the Wind 

In this video, I show you strategies that I use for deciding how and where to fish in windy conditions. I initially set out with the goal to only use the D.O.A. Shrimp to catch fish (under a popping cork and free-line jigging), but decided to also give the Vudu Mullet a shot when attempting to go sight fishing for Snook. It was a tough day because of the wind, but I was able to catch Speckled Trout and Snook.
