Question about working with Realtors. Can you work with more than one at the same time, or should you just work with one? Seems like each realtor here on youtube has an area they shop most or like with listings. However, what if you don't just want to limit your search to just those areas...

His first time or not, he did fine with the presentation of the house. I’m all about the visuals of interiors anyway 😂. Great house. Grew up in Lakeview, and my Dad still lives there in our same childhood home. My daughter and I are in Roscoe Village, so we’re not that far from Papa!

Yes, big fan of this one! 1928 Cleveland is a favorite among new construction...so intricate and creative. Check it out if you haven’t.

“Maybe 12 feet” “Might be cedar” “Sorry it’s an ice maker.” “There’s actually 3 bedrooms” Doesn’t come off knowledgeable about the property. There’s a certain amount of width and length needed for uninterrupted pool play should be things you think about when throwing out room possibilities. This would’ve probably been better as a voice over with the slow mo camera work. I watch this other realtor and he measures in real time and knows all the specs.

Beautiful home, terrible sales agent. Those cabinets are black not espresso, the stove has 6 burners and a grill/griddle not 7. C'mon, I know sales isn't a hard job but lets put in just a tiny bit of effort. He didn't even get the bedroom count correct.

Hey dude! Appreciate you checking out the video. This bad boy is actually not my listing and we toured it on a super short notice...so many properties and so many specs to remember. The cabinets are definitely a super rich shade of brown...almost black.
