Another excellent property tour by Drumelia. And what a house. The only thing I don't "like" with some of these properties are that you have close neighbors. But I guess that's a small "problem" to have with a house like this. haha
I guess the main issue with this property is what's going to happen to the surrounding plots of land. You could find yourself surrounded by construction for many years and who knows how new properties might overlook you.
Yes, Marbella is the victim of its own success in this regard with its property goldrush and population explosion. This is why Marbella is the only only Spanish city with a population over 100k in Spain without a rail station.
Excellent videos!!! excellently put together... in my opinion, the stair is too close to the main entrance door. The space shown is great, but, the distance between the first step of the stair and the door seems like it is too close, it does not accompany the proportions of the lobby.... please please, check out how to pronounce facade (which, neither in french nor in english is pronouced like "faseid")

you're presentation is allways good....but the marro brothers did this video tour 2 weeks ago,so you're late it seems like there is not that many good properties at this time i think this property is nice but 17 million ,there is better buys
I watch and enjoy the Marrro bothers videos too but they are different style from Drumelia. You lose nothing from watching both even if the same property.

The challenge you have it that 98% of your videos have you genuinely enthusiastic when highlighting features of the villas and this one seems a little "forced". Hey we all can't bring it 110% of the time. Hope all is well with you Artur and all of your team & family. Villa has excellent high quality finishings, a gorgeous view and that pool is 1 of the BEST I've seen in Marbella. Your videos are a MUST watch ASAP. Cheers from Vancouver, Canada.

These videos take a lot of work and time to put together and it's difficult to dedicate enough time when there are lots of other important things to take care of, sales, the new office etc. I hope you do keep doing the tours personally, there is still a big gap between your level of presentation and your other team members. You are the face of the brand but ultimately as CEO your responsibility is to build your company rather than entertain viewers and you'll figure out the right balance eventually. Keep up the great work, it's interesting watching what you are doing.
