and they said internal combustion engines are the pollution, eh andaming basura naka display dyan sa auto show na yan, saan natin itatapon ang mga bugok na sasakyan na yan. XD XD XD
we seeing a lot of new models and competition. Lower price EV with better technology equating to full benefit to us customer. EV is the future for our environment
Went there yesterday, 5th april, but I was soooo disappointed!!! It's not MIAS at all. It's china autoshow. Whoever assembled that event should be fired or banned for a hundred years.
So boring I would be out of there most probably skipping all these Chinese brands. Should call it a Manila China Auto Exhibit instead. Must feel like torture being there
Mock them as much as you can but at the end of the day, it's actually pretty good for us consumers since it forces the old players to adapt like lowering prices, making their current and overpriced products (I'm looking at you Toyota) to be more updated with better tech and upgrades or even offer more and better variants or newer vehicles in their line-up. In short, it's a great competition for our local car market.
@@dickmelsonlupot7697hindi ko talaga gets yung mga hater ng chinese cars. If not for them baka stuck tayo sa 2000s na mga design at features ng kotse. Sobrang stripped down yung version satin. Thanks to these chinese cars, other brands are forced to put those features in their cars.
@@dickmelsonlupot7697 yes you are correct sir but i noticed and even sir levi na bumagal ang sales ng china brand cars maybe because of after sales service and parts
@@TheBlueFernando i dont hate chinese brand po i just dont like it for now. dapat lang ho damihan nila features yun lang ho pang come on nila otherwise di dila mabebenta
The first line of support should always come from the government. The auto industries of China, South Korea, Japan, India, etc. etc. all flourished because of government support.
Filipinos are more of kanya kanya , doesn't want to be called laborer . Gusto kapantay nang mamumuhunan . Ford , Northern Motors where here in the 60s , 70s in the intent to manucture their products here that can be called made in the Philippines , but what did the employees did ? They put up a union to distance from the capitalist . . . Where are the investments of the Multinational Companies now ? Move to asean neighbor countries .
Bringing in of China's cars is suppose to offer very affordable prices for the Filipinos. But it seems that they just priced them close to the usual leading brands. I would say that someone is raking in big profits and/or high taxes. At those prices, I'd prefer buying the usual leading brands by paying just a bit more.
Japanese car brands = intel (too complacent napilitan mag innovate) 👎🏼😅😂 Chinese car brands = AMD (still innovating and still not yet complacent) ✌🏼😁💪🏼 Apple = Nvidia 😑🤪🙃
You should change the title of your video to Chinese Cars International Auto Show. Are there even a Japanese, Korean, or European brands participating?
daming galit 😂 wag nalang kau pumunta di naman kayo kawalan. syempre kapag EV marami talagang Chinese brands kasi leading sila sa buong mundo. sila pa nga ang major manufacturing pag dating sa EV.
All Japanese cars in this auto show look outdated and inferior compared to the Chinese cars. As expected as they are no longer innovative and are just recycling their 30-year-old technology.
it feels like chinese auto shows becuase 90% of all displays are Chinese cars. The same way I felt an sinasakop an talaga tayo ng china pati west ph sea sinakop na din.
@@slavemi3018 you talk about level 1 chargers, di mo alam na maraming klase ang EV chargers. Ang sinasabi ko is either level 2 chargers or DC fast chargers. DC chargers can charge as quick as 20 mins from empty to 80% battery.
@@kurochan04 That's true. But only a few electricity companies are willing to spend on infrastructure, as the number of battery-electric cars on the road is less than 1% of the entire vehicle population in the PH. Their spending on new infra will also surely increase electricity rates. Another reason why BEV ecosystems are working well in China and Norway is because of 100% support from their governments.
I think they're not mad at the country per se, they're mad at the sudden influx of new brands, which makes choosing harder for them. As in the past, when there are too many brands, not all brands will succeed. There will always be someone left behind with a product with zero support from the brand that got left out. Remember when Geely, VW, Mazda, and many others first left the PH?
Not buying the China cars, but I consider their entry as a win. Because the old brands will be pressured to innovate and lower their prices. Right now I'm considering either Hyundai or Kia because they are the only old brands that has the courage to innovate and change design language. Meanwhile, Toyota is so scared to change when their cars are mostly mid tbh.
Thank you so much boss Vince! Hope you will get your 5 door jimny dream soon. You are not alone that is what I'm looking forward to see in MIAS. God bless you sir@@vcpornelos
@@ronaldchua3197 Where did the engines come from? Assembling is easy but producing the engines and parts are another. Jeepneys in the Philippines are glorified kit cars
