Great tour but you really don’t need to point out the obvious…the green chair, a plastic plant etc. Also, the counter top in the basement powder room is marble not granite by the look of it. Doing a great job but could be better with a bit less talking.
Thanks for the feedback! After filming, I realized I was using some of the same phrases again and again. This was my first time speaking on camera, so definitely not my best performance. I’ll continue to improve with each video. Thanks for watching
Ankit, to improve your tours, show and introduce yourself, talk about some important details about the house, then just show only the house with slow camera movements. Lastly, edit out the boring or repetitive parts like slowly moving through a hallway or up a stairway. Good luck!
I thought it was a spoof at several moments, and was crying laughing at others BUT great job. For your first time AWESOME job. Definately save some of this material and work it into your thing...cause Im gonna keep watching ...the green chair...good stuff
I never want a realtor to use the words big, beautiful, awesome etc. Please just present the facts such as materials, measurements etc. what is beautiful or big to you may not be to me.
I was always told, “If anyone has something to say about what someone else is doing, then simply stand up and show him/her how it’s done,”. I feel you’ve done decent. Bottom line, your the one with the real estate license. You worked hard to get where you are to where your the one getting criticism. Stay focused. Accept what you choose to accept and continue to get better regardless of circumstances. You’ve got this. 😊
