Creative architects? They are all doing the same thing. Lame almost prefab farm houses. This is only decent because it's not overpriced, (although 11M and no garage is nuts but okay....) but it's also in a crappy part of the hills. Having it all in LA (not the valley or Calabasas) is at least 30M.
I tried getting to this house. I gave up. Tight one way sized streets that aren’t one way. So either you reverse downhill for blocks or the car reverses uphill for blocks. Not just one street, but SEVERAL steeep tight streets. Another thought, chances are if you buy this home, you have super cars . Good luck because the streets will destroy it. The streets are pothole filled and uneven. You need a lifted vehicle, but remember a big vehicle won’t fit
You're right. Not a good house and not really a good street. No garage, only a carport. No movie theater, no true living space to enjoy tv/movies. Good luck if one of your neighbors are coming down the street in opposite direction as you are. One of you will have to backup on this tiny road to let the other pass before continuing. You lucked out by not getting this place. Architecture is cool, but there are just too many minuses on this place to even consider if the price was half of the $11M they are asking.
Wonderful house indeed, no doubt, but... Without immortality and eternal youth, owning this house would be for just a brief glimpse in time. To truly enjoy the experience of life, youth and immortality must be present. With direct contact with God and people in Heaven, and the secrets of the super-sexuality and vigor, things would be even more complete.
