4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and 8000 square feet house for 12 million dollars? No thank you. Here's why, the neighbors are too closed to the house and for the price, not worth it. Anyone who worked their butt off to be a millionaire will use their money wisely by going elsewhere with 12 million dollars and buy a bigger property and bigger house in Washington state. Even spending a 1 million dollars can get you a ranch then build your house on it. If I have that kind of money, I would rather buy a property that my next neighbor would be a block away from my house.
