Very interesting. The materials used were top notch. But the rooms seemed a bit small for the price. Also, were there any apts for rentals?

HEY. Its marquis (pronounced as mark us) being developed by Hayer One (the owners of Escada and the Address) and was meant to be tallest and most luxurious towers in Kileleshwa only for Hass to announce much more luxurious one to be constructed at oloitoktok road called Enrogue.

@@dolphine254 thanks, am not a fan of tall buildings but I find myself working with most of those buildings you do cover, more skyscrapers are actually planned in Kilimani, Kileleshwa,Hurlingam, Westlands, Parklands and Upperhill, these areas will be unrecognizable in 5 years time.

At a rate of 135 kshs for one dollar, then 168,000 USD adds up to more than 22 Million Kshs per a single apartment. The big question is, how many Kenyans can afford that amount......Or are they being built for the diaspora community.
