@@Diana.Oachis My apologizes. I must have skipped past that part 🤦♂️😂. But nonetheless I loved the enthusiasm in your presentation. You're a natural at this!
Hi Diana. I love the video and the presentation. No question, you are a natural in front of the camera. Agree 100% 246 Pine Valley Crescent is a palace. Keep up the amazing work.
Diana sure knows how to sell. I enjoyed listening to her more than I enjoyed the home tour. Home is magnificent by the way. This would definitely sell in no time. ☺
I kept saying, "sure, but I bet they don't have a _______ room," but it has it all! Billiards room, library/family room, spa, gym, luxurious theater, poker room, etc. The only problem is the garage: who needs it? You never need to leave home with a place with all these amenities!
Incredibly luxurious! Love it so much. Only things I would change would be a different color scheme, probably lighter, and slightly less dramatic, and also get rid of all the built in mirrors, and replace some with decorative removable framed mirrors
Hi Diana, your presentation of 246 PineValley Crescent was wonderfully done and as such presentation was full of life and energy as you went on to every phase and area of this amazing mansion! Keep up with such sweet remarkable attitude and enthusiasm; as you venture forward on your wonderful career! More power and good luck to your endeavors!
there should be only one kitchen, the Butler's Kitchen, large and fully equipped, behind closed doors - i cant imagine any of the residents wanting to cook nor wanting to have cooking smells spreading around the house
I thought the same thing. I don't know why people that design mansions don't put an outdoor kitchen in the plan. It will lessen the fire risk and cut down on the cooking smells in the house. Good point you brought up though.
My dream home !!!!!!!! 😩😩 Will this be available in 2035. I mite buy it for twice the price. I love this so much I am screaming till I can't scream no more. I love it so much, if there is a owner for this house in 2035 I will buy it for even twice the price. I love it till I can't love it no more. 😩😩😩😩👍
when i first seen this house i was like mini drake wanna be home lmao but very nice dude in the car got me weak he was smiling so big in the background
I'm sitting here in a mediocre 3 bedroom critiquing the master suite of a 20 million dollar castle like "Hmm its okaaaay, but those oak floors are kind of of blah" 😂😂😂😂
Great tour Diana. Love the walk-in closets very boutique and elegant. Secret stair case...salt water pool all awesome! Loving the wardrobe changes, you go above and beyond. Wishing you a speedy sale of this beautiful home.
Not really my thing but as far as I can tell there's only 3 things wrong with this place: Location Location Location. Y'know, the only things that really matter in real estate
@@iammeliaskhan nope. Not at all. I have a pool. I open it and use it first week of April. I close it down end of October / sometimes November. Not in use 4 months a year. It’s great.
