Agreed! For Ss&Gs I watched a dude tour a triple wide! OMG I just couldn’t take it!! 😂. Enes is in a league of his own, even among other “mega million $” property channels
A huge number of these expensive apartments/houses seem to have the shower and bath directly in front of floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto other buildings. For $23 million I'd expect windows that could be changed from transparent to translucent with the flick of a switch. You can get films that do this for less than $500 per square metre as an add-on to existing windows; it should be even less if it's part of the window from the start. Either way, the cost would be lost in the noise for somewhere at this sort of price. They also seem to have an aversion to curtains; with 12 foot high windows making up 2 sides of the bedroom I'm going to need something to keep the light out.
I'm glad you mentioned Zaha Hadid. In my opinion, she was one of the greatest architects of all time. The building was amazing, but yet again, one for exhibitionists with those bathrooms!
I'm brazilian and was just reading about Hadid. I got happy that one of the biggest architects in the world (Hadid) has got inspiration by another great architetc (Oscar Niemeyer).

FL has no state tax?! I didn't know that .But.... the other fees are probably high though. I'm in DC, born and raised, and I'm thinking I would move to Ft. Lauderdale. Always nice weather; no cold, ice and snow, even though NY, upper Northeast states get hit way more than Washington, D.C. does. :))
If you have to move somewhere that you may not necessarily want to live just to avoid measly state tax, you are a brokea$$, sorry. 🤷♂️ I have a vacation home in Boca and I would never live in Florida full time, definitely not more than a few months out of the year. LOL
I realllly like how the balconies are "tucked in" rather than jutting out of the building, especially at these levels. Makes me feel much more secure and like this a place I would actually enjoy!
Enes, yoou should tour a penthouse in the Porsche Design Tower. I love that one because you are literally right next to the ocean. A lot of privacy as well!
I love your tours no matter what area or type of property you're showcasing and this one was no exception! :) I think you should live where you are happy and the most opportunity is for the things you want to do and accomplish, but if RU-vid is now your primary work I don't think it matters where you live as long as you can keep travelling and working with the real estate industry and property owners etc. to continue sharing and touring these amazing places. Do you ever visited or were intrested for an apartment in a skyscraper in real life. Wierd sourounding noises on such high floor apartment besides the scary height. And that comment is done by a guy that loves freefall towers and riding sportsbikes... Its not so dreamy like you think it is to be honest... You couldnt relax on that balcony by these noises around you..
@@Marco-929 That's very interesting. In fact, the only time I've ever been to a high-rise building with 28 floors and a rooftop pool was on vacation. I probably can't compare that. Here where I live there are no such skyscrapers nearby, even if my city with 550.000 inhabitants isn't really small ;)

Love the art-work and clean lines of this apartment. Ideal minimalist apartment and the furnishings are great and comfy. Not sure if I would ever look over the balconies at these heights, but just a matter of getting used to it! Great video!

I'm associated with close brokers of this property. The view and location for a penthouse are quite good. This property offer is mostly quite acceptable considering the other offers available on the area. Design wise it's amazing. Personally appraised in 18-21m. Quite accurate for a well known presenter as Enes. Good job.
Zaha Hadid was DEFINITELY one of my top favorites. It was as though she was tapped into other worlds and planets and designed based on their structures.

I’m disappointed with the illumination and lighting of the apartment. With that price in mind it deserves something breathtaking. Same with the closets. Always have been amazed by Zaha and specially with that building. The staging was not great.
Always enjoy it when you are reviewing high floor penthouses. Hopefully you get to do that top floor very expensive NewYork one too. One question. It looks to me that people who live in the penthouses next to this can look inside thus penthouse. Especially at the shower side it looks uncomfortable. Is that true or are these windows blinded from the outside? Enes your Dr ping a great job with your team keep it up.

I am trying to formulate this message properly… but I think these skyscraper luxury units are pretty boring. Of course this is so very nice and the design of the building is awesome. But all you can do with these high rises is 14’ ceiling with walls of glass and the same standard luxury stuff lots of square footage added to justify the price… Throw marble everywhere …. Well it’s kind of boring after you have seen a few like this. I like how the videos when you tour estates… you visit a unique land and they do unique things with the land and pools and create unique style, oasis and interface with the land … maybe I am a design nerd and have lived on the west coast too long but I think homes with unique personal touches in architecture that have quirky shapes and amazing indoor outdoor design are your most interesting videos… but again this is great penthouse above my pay grade and you always do such a great job. Just thought I would throw in my opinion as an addicted fan.
Agree 100%! I kept trying to find the "wow this place is worth 23 mi!l".. but nothing. Just a giant apartment with ocean views. Doesn't look anywhere near 23 million to me. What am I missing? 🤔 🤔
I remember this building took years for them to finish, but it looks stunning from the inside. I live nearby, and if you pause the video at 14:29 you can actually see my building Art Plaza. It's the one with the two towers connected in the middle.

Really amazing apartment! Thank you for touring it! I'm a huge fan of Zaha Hadid's design and often is difficult to see the interiors of her building, especially if they are private. So I appreciate even more your video! The furniture is outstanding and really modern, but it's a little bit of a shame that it doesn't follow the organic flows of the exterior shape, designed by ZHA. The 2 items identified as "full size frig" with "freezer drawers" is actually a single unit that has a wine refrigerator up top and either 2 refrigerator or q refrigerator and 1 freezer drawer below.

Very nice penthouse, very spacious and I like the clean and simple style, but the furniture seems a bit low-key, they do not give me a very luxurious feeling that you might expect at this price point, and also compared to the other Miami condo, which had a lower price per sq ft, so even more than with that one, I think this one is overpriced, however, the amenities and helipad will certainly make it worth it for certain buyers. They could definitely have done something with materials on the walls and ceiling to improve the acoustics, so much reverb! Also, from a privacy point of view, you've got another high rise very close on both sides, and outside there is so much noise coming from the freeway.

Just wanna comment on the quality of these videos, apart from the stuff that always gets said. The B roll on here is stunning and the amount of different subtitles shows the attention to detail that Enes also looks for in these houses

NOTE TO MIKEY: I have suggested this a few times in comments but I guess you haven't seen the comment. In the opening shot on the balcony in this video, or in other videos when Enes has his back to large glass windows or in the lower levels of homes with no window light, the exposure on Enes' face in underexposed. I would suggest attaching a flat panel LED light bank to create more fill light for these situations. Would come in handy in many situations without adding too much weight. Nice video....great views.
Beautiful penthouse, thank you Enes for giving me an opportunity to see this, but, quite frankly I’m so uncomfortable with heights that even this is painful to watch. I have no idea how you can step out to the balconies. Zaha Hadid was a brilliant architect though

surprisingly the HOA dues are only $9,400.00 a month. I was thinking they were at least 3 times this much. NYC the HOA fee's could be 40 to 50 grand a month on a place like this.
@@sudiptaroy3200 Home Owners Association. In the case of a high rise those fee's cover trash pick up, pool, elevator, valet parking, gym, landscaping and any maintenance expenses. There are many other things that I left out too. Hope that helped.
The problem with condos in corrupt cities like Miami is that the condo board always has unlimited access to your money. So it's always a risk. They can levy a "special assessment" for any amount of money, and if they have any sort of backup, you are at their mercy, or you risk your entire investment. These things are only good for corporations (not well managed ones), or insiders in whatever mafia built and maintains the place. Or if you want to splurge on a ridiculous rental. I would not own something like this, ever.
