I guess you didn’t hear the guy clearly as soon as you walk out your back door you only have 100 feet to the beach and that’s where your property line stops then after that the whole public can go in right behind your house and party because it’s another 200 feet to the beach or another hundred feet so no nobody can have a house that lines all the way out to the ocean you are limited space because the city owns the REST.. Beautiful symmetrical l shape modern four stories beach mansion with balconies. A four-level mansion is rare in Miami and LA. I like the open design living room, dining room, and kitchen. I like the gray island in the kitchen. I like the master bedrooms, master bathrooms, and master closet. I like the view of the sea and I like the fact the sea is in my backyard. I like the pool. I will make the beds in the bedrooms face the view.
Great State. I’ve had people tell me it’s terrible, don’t want to live there because it’s too hot. Ridiculous reasons. Florida right now is the place to go.

The pool and creative outdoor area is wonderful. Outdoor kitchen , lounge and dining room is splendid. The views are fabulous and incredible. It's a lot of windows to keep clean. And, the size of it is more like a hotel. Definitely need a window washer, a few maids and a cook. I love the bathtub overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom and balcony is magnificent. The lounge on the fourth floor is a great idea. I think I would need to spend some time in it and feel the energy and let the creative force speak. It needs a Feng Shui evaluation to balance out the elements and adding personal character and sounds. I would probably use the 4th floor lounge as a International Tea and Arts theme and welcome artists as guests from around the world. I would feature them and build up a multi cultural arts and design theme throughout the home. Would be great to feature musicians out on the pool and lounge area as well. To me, the home is like a massive canvas, ready to be a force that supports the creative and manifest bursts of the imagination, colors, textures and beauty. A palace for the people to enjoy and explore what secrets the energy and air are revealing. There is a universe in itself waiting to be discovered to bring much happiness, peace and positive impacts. I keep thinking, why do the vast majority of these mega mansions for sale have such small garages? Doesn't it cross the minds of builders that someone who buys houses like this owns multiple cars?

I would say to you find your passion . Work on your sill set and valuable skills to to marketplace. Then go and work for free to a mentor who is doing what you would like to accomplish 20 years from now .
