Honestly, this is a nice house. The natural light, the views of the Atlantic and Lion's Head, the pool house and the rooms, the design, everything about it is just beautiful. The pricing is a bit steep, but then again, I'm not in the target market. I'm just a guy hoping that one day I'll reach the levels of being able to afford places like these. For thst money im expecting marble floors, expensive nuuma kitchen, travertino wall plaster. But in this house we just buying location. Or maybe list the finishing of the house to let us know if the house is worth 85 million rand, apart ftom that always s great tour
Tatally agree. I kept getting glimpses of th guest house and thought it was the neighbors house. The styles are too different with the guest house being better
It's a nice family home, i really love it but i think the pricing is a bit too steep for it. I imagined me and my family living in this house, it be a dream come true ❤. Personally I'd buy this kind of property for 28 000 000. Honestly!!!!!.
