Yeah we agree too. Its rare to find unique design, however we are shooting new projects in near future since of them are very unique

What's unique or has 'character' in your eyes maybe an absolute disaster in someone else's eyes. White goes with everything, it provides you with a clean canvas to customize easily without having to redo things. I'd be more concerned at structural and architectural elements, those things can't be changed, or at least without costing you an arm or a leg. In that sense, there are a lot of new so called custom but very much 'cookie cutter' style homes that are becoming redundant and even repulsive.

In Athens the construction is totally different. Even from how they look outside you can see the difference... Ive seen also videos from way too cheap homes than this one and whats inside you could never imagine it...while here a cheap house is also cheap in general... Ive never all in all seen in Greece homes like that...

Ammmm a hard pass too white reminiscent of a institution or hospital and smushed in between all those other houses ,zero privacy ,certainly would never pay that much for this average joe home...
