Recently, I finished constructing my home in Coconut Grove, and I have to say it was a rewarding experience in that I saved a ton of money building my own home. If anyone needs advice or guidance, I'll be glad to assist. Almost forgot, Lord willing, I'll be starting my next home construction project later this year. p.s. Bathrooms are no big deal... Bedrooms are medium size and closets... we didnt see them(?)... the rest of the house has fairly good taste in construction and design... no patio space but well distributed.... tight on the sides and close to the road..,, maybe in person will impress more for the price....😊
