@@Mystic.ape. Well if you grew up in the houses I did and experienced many of the piece of s**t neighbours we've had, you'd understand. They'd break you're heart and ruin an entire estate at the same time:(!
@@Mystic.ape. I like neighbors but for a house in the mountains I would want it to be like a wild retreat getaway to experience views and nature and especially for 45Million lmao
If anyone actually interested in buying this place ever reads this. Buy the $5m plot of land (twice the size) at 826 Forest Rd and spend $5m building a house twice the size.
even looking passed all that, Vail as a whole is so tiny and boring. Sure the skiing is fantastic, but there isn't a true town center and only roughly a dozen decent restaurants. Vail is a joke, and this price is even more so.
In paradise even the lowest person will have much better than this and all you have to do is believe in God [Allah] and do good deeds and your reward will also be eternal
I'd feel depressed too having to sell beautiful homes you'll never be able to afford or live in. It's demoralizing me just watching these. It's like working at apple selling phones but not being able to afford an iphone. You use them and talk about them all day long but you can never have one.
You realize a lot of the young millionaires now are the one's that grew up with youtube right? gamers, streamers, RU-vidrs all have the dough for this type of house
I would love to know what the final purchase price of this home is, when it sells, I can't see how this home can even catch double digits in the millions, maybe $12million max? Thoughts?
jason camper True. I don’t know the price of the houses in this area but even in Bel Air it wouldn’t be that expensive. Also the lit is relatively small and the house isn’t that extraordinary.
Exactly. They put an outrageous amount to drive up the real price after negotiations. If they priced it at 20m it would sell at 10. by pricing it at 45m it will probably sell at 15. However if they overdo it the market will always be right (924 Bel Air which was at 250m but sold at a fair 94m). Not an expert but I suppose it's how it works? I'm trying to understand too.
northscylla it is a very attractive way of selling if the price drops with more than 50% but let’s not forget you also have to attract some buyers, if you price it too high, like they did in the video. People won’t be interrested because of the price. If they would price it lower there will be a lot more people interrested in this property. Then you will have people compete with higher prices. I believe this is a more efficient way. Attract as much buyers as possible but I don’t know im also just learning
And neighbors…… Actually you are in luck, with Target Market for this monstrosity currently sanctioned until the end of time it looks like barring a Ukrainian Oligarch swooping in to fill the void of Russian Oligarch you can still have your dream home and the annual million dollar property tax, insurance and maintenance it will cost all while the remaining 60% of Americans with Food Insecurity living paycheck to paycheck look on with dismay!!!! Suckas! #PoorPeopleProblems
This just reminds me how I fell asleep on a road trip once, clear sunny skies and woke up in Vail CO and it was a blizzard outside and I had the worst altitude sickness of my life. That was one hell of a trip.
Not worth 45 mil, can see it being reduced greatly or, probably rented. Seems like it's worth 20 mil at most. Neighbours surrounding... and a small lot.
Armando Sturzenegger every mansion at BH has an annual tax of 4-6% the price of the house, Michael pays about 5% for his and It’s of the best views you can get there
Contrary to what most people are saying, I think I would love having neighbours despite living in a mansion. This house is absolutely breathtaking and modern. I love it.
I don't think that's what they're saying. They're saying for 45M$, the land they should be getting should be really big.The land surrounding the house barely covers any area so 45M$ isn't fair at all.
She didn’t brush her hair she doesn’t have any make up on, she just looks homeless! so unprofessional for asking $45 million look a little more professional!
Hope everyone who sees this becomes successful and achieves their dreams ❤️ You're amazing stay blessed, stay safe and have an amazing rest of your day 🥰😍🤩..
The negativity in this comment section is astounding! The home is so beautiful - and Vail is one of the most desirable ski resort towns in all of the US. Yes, it's extremely expensive but there will be someone who will buy it - I guarantee you. I don't understand why people choose to look at everything so negatively - why watch these videos if you are so bothered by them lol. I love watching AD videos and this one was particularly interesting with the Colorado location. The architecture and design is incredible!
Exxy Some homeowners do overprice their homes because they have such large attachments to them. It takes the public to tell them it’s overpriced sometimes for them to listen. I don’t know anything about Vail so I’m not sure if the price is warranted but it does seem awfully high to be so close to your neighbors.
even when you watch videos showing those huuge Los Angeles mansions in the most expensive neighbourhoods there are, this house wouldn't be this expensive. It's not about negativity, people are just stating the obvious
@@030992amagadi I totally understand people commenting on the price point - some of them with insults attached but others merely making a comment on the high price point - I guess what I found the most unfortunate is the intense criticism I saw of the host. She is literally doing this from her home due to covid and I just find it unfortunate to see some of the insults I did as I briefly scanned the comments. I don't really understand why people would point out the negatives with something rather than the positives but that is totally just my prerogative and opinion. Anything goes on the internet! :-)
@@MrsJoannaG I don't know if real estate agents are looking to a RU-vid comments section for guidance on how to price their homes. I just trust that I am not a real estate agent myself and do not have knowledge of the market so my opinion on the high price is not an educated one. I trust that they are pulling from the market around them and I do know Vail is one of the most expensive places to live not only in Colorado, but the US. The location plays a huge factor. Either way, I am not in real estate so I just watch these videos for enjoyment and not critically. If other people want to do so, they are more than welcome! I'm sure this home will be perfect for someone who is very wealthy and they will negotiate the specifics together. :-)
@@exxymusic yeah sure, there are unnecessary comments about her. There are also a lot of people making stupid, unoriginal jokes, like you always find in these videos. The internet is full of morons
My private chauffeur wanted to buy this property as a secondary residence for the maid of his head gardener, but she didn't like the colour of the floor tiles in the main guest's bathroom.
45 mil for the middle of the crowd in the middle of no where? Over priced I’d say....... I’ve seen better priced properties in better locations........heck just recently a summer palace in Belgium was going for a similar price.....
@@jacknoonan9172 you nailed it. You'd have to pay the artists a royalty, get their permission, or own the media rights to the work to show it in the video. Easier to just blur than clearing it.
think about it like having copyrighted music playing in the background of the recording. Instead of clearing it / having to pay for it, easier to just mute (or in this case blur) it out.
@@MichaelMarvin Doesn't the person who bought it now own the rights? It's not like a song that can be bought by millions of people but they don't actually own it. I always assumed that art was, for the most part, one of a kind and the person who bought it can do whatever they want with it. I obviously own no fine art!
WoW i am perplexed at the modern architecture!! I watch and i don’t believe it so beautifull. Magnificient in every way. Imagine i live there as moviestar or president somebody very important. Thank you for sharing this beautifull villa.😜👊😁😭😭😭😎😱👍😍😍🤪🤩
exactly. really a shame. maybe they will see this comment and figure out people actually want to see every room instead of having the experience of the full tour dangled like a carrot over our heads
mrbeast just bought a private island for 700,000$ and she is showing me a house in snow with a quite a lot of neighbours for 45 million$ ....... NO CHANCE....
Beautiful, but it needs more color and art on the walls- and the marble all over is kind of tacky. Not a fan of the tiles on the outside either. Love the sleekness though.
You’d think for a 45 million dollar home they’d hire a more enthusiastic real estate agent?? They should have just used her voice and not shown her lol
Why would anyone even care about her i wonder. You are not going to buy her with the house you know. You either like the house or you dont, shes here just to deliver a text and some info. Im so tired of people judging other people totally uncalled and misplaced.
