Florida... where we hire pool guys to clean 2x per week :) And phantom screens with plenty of covered space provides the shelter until November-February when its actually pleasant to be outdoors without bugs
@@butlerbrownjr7857 nope, this one is sold and closed, for around $6Million cash including some furniture. There’s a few other high end homes we can recommend but this one was unique
@@butlerbrownjr7857 nothing for sale at the moment but some more custom builds coming soon to the market like in winter park or winter garden there is one for sale on acreage and custom high end different builder
That has to be the worst safe room I've ever seen for this price point and its not bullet proof! Also the video game room was very disappointing, especially the size and urinals in multiple bathrooms! The formal dining room is in the middle of nowhere and right off the front door. Two breakfast bars and a second dining room? An office that doesn't close and lots of wasted space throughout.
Hi, this one sold but we know of some other amazing builds coming up on lakefront. Some are pre-construction, some are in process. Some are non lakefront but super high quality in great locations.
MOR KAYLA lol, check out our other video on this channel about Custom Homes. Follow her on her channel as well or on iG... many more custom builds yet to come! Thanks for watching
even little ponds on golf courses have gators. They don't mess with boats and jet skis though. Just dont swim in the reeds next to the shore where there are no docs during mating season
Our listing agreements in Florida have always disclosed the buyer's agent commissions along with listing agent portion of the commission. So there was no "concealing" of fees in Florida. I still can't see how sellers were mislead into paying more to sell their homes. All of our agreements are straightforward. If the seller doesn't want to pay the commission we either don't take the listing or reduce on our side/buyer's agent side. 90% of buyer relocations still use a realtor to help them find the right fit. If for some strange reason it became illegal to pay a buyer's agent, 2 things would happen: Zillow would have to send the "Clicks" that listing agents USED to get to their OWN LISITNGS back to them, as opposed to sending those leads to the highest bidder buyer agent in the area (some pay $20k per month for those clicks). Second, we would advertise our services as a local advisor with an up front retainer and 2.5% of home sale price due upon closing, for helping them with all the intricacies. Or we'd make offers on property subject to the seller paying a buyer's agent. You want this buyer? Pay us for the work we've done. And I don't just mean opening a door or emailing one property from the MLS. I can go on about how the system is so deeply entrenched into zillow that you'll never be able to get rid of paying a buyer's agent, as well as why you SHOULD use a buyer's agent. That is all
@@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor that is definitely not all. It will eventually be like other well developed nations where fees are much smaller as they should be. They are coming for your big fat commissions. Let’s go Burnett V. NAR!
Sometimes homes are sold fully furnished- or select pieces can be negotiated to remain, especially if they fit the space perfectly. In this particular sale the home closed for a record high price in Seminole county due to its unique factor and the buyer also purchased some furniture from the seller. Congrats to the new owners! We are working on more modern projects like this at the moment for anyone who is looking to relocate to central Florida! Thanks for watching
não é um condomínio, é uma casa construída sob medida em um lago. mas há outras belas casas modernas construídas por US $ 3 milhões e menores e perto de Winter Park
Actually this home is just outside Oviedo in the northeast sector of Orlando, Seminole county, on Lake Mills- In Chuluota. The gated neighborhood is very nice there. Something like this in Windermere could be even more expensive and rare to find- as many of those lakefront homes on the Butler Chain were built in the 1999-2006 era. That being said we have some filming coming up of a windermere custom home to tour. thanks for watching
I follow Enes on the most expensive homes in the world, yet 6 mil for this paradise is an absolute steal considering all that comes with it, great work you guys.
Yeah his tours are awesome... glad you can see the quality in this home, it was ahead of its time. Reason for the "low price" is Chuluota is not Winter Park...
Thank you! There are some nice custom builds going up in Winter Park, Dr Phillips, and Windermere of this quality. to find this large of a home, newer, and on a lake though- may need to look further out (hence this location) . Thanks for watching and we look forward to helping you find what you want when you're ready
