I just like the spacious and massive compound, only u living by yourself no neighbourhood distractions. The privacy and the comfort is so enormous

A very beautiful and magnificent mansion.❤️❤️. But there are a few areas the developer could have done better: 1) the compound lacks natural greenery. Every inch of the compound was concreted, making it look kind of industrial. Adding well styled grass and flowers areas would have made the compound look like Pinterest standard. Also green grass and greeneries are soothing to the human eyes. The tiny flower pots on the fence are just too inadequate for a mansion of this magnitude. 2) A 2 storey mansion like this certainly needed an elevator. The developer should have installed an elevator. How do we expect an elderly billionaire to climb up to the master bedroom on the top most floor?. 3) I also noticed while he was climbing the staircase, that the staircase thread height was too high for comfort. For a luxurious mansion with the staircase as the only means of Ascension, it should have been made a very gentle and comfortable height. An elderly person, or someone ill will certainly find it difficult climbing those stairs. Again that's why an elevator is necessary. 4) The gym area. Having those gym equipment next to an elevated handrails, isn't that a bit of unsafe?🤔 Either way, great job to the developer. I know it's not easy at all. Sometimes even the professionals entrusted to design, construct and finish a project can disappoint one. Wish you guys good luck and prosperity. ❤️❤️👍👍

Nice video as always. The only thing I'd say is, the average human has so many distractions today. Do you think he/she can dedicate a whole 30mins to ONE video? 10-15mins is the sweetspot imho

Love the house, the colors, decor and lighting all flow seamlessly into the other. However, do plant some trees and grasses, the compound is big enough. There's too much concrete outside.

Great videos, but your Cameraman needs to know how to shoot a closeup shot when you point out something, like the socket for examples.

The kitchen cabinets are unnecessary high. The kitchen is too small like a tiny box.the ugly pathway in the kitchen wasn’t needed. Zero greenery cause you can’t call those tiny flowers anything. Tiny walk in closet. The house lacks the luxury you said. And stop saying we if you’re not part of the developer. Old interior. The developers lack interior knowledge. The room doors shouldn’t be opening to the walk-in closet.

Lovely house, but no study room or home office. I noticed that most houses in Nigeria can have all the luxuries, cinema instead of a study room, evidence that Nigerians don't like to read.

No extractor in the kitchen? also that position for the gym is a NO no. Not impressed by the bathrooms. I love the high walls in the living room and design of the front staircase.

Beautiful house but i have some reservations. It's like the house was built for a divorced couple not family, there are so many doors. No open space (kitchen>living room >sitting room), no on suites (bedroom >bathroom). The gym area was supposed to connect with the garage or store room. Things are just random in this house

architects need to be a lot of more creative so they can stop creating such boxy designs, trust me you will have a lot more buyers. Their is also barely an land, every house should come with at least 2 plots of land if it isn’t in a major city, houses with garages need to be utilized, I don’t want no dust or bird poop landing on my car while it’s parked, I also don’t want anyone breaking an entering my car with all the security issues going on. Upgrade now.

Nice house, but for the price there is no range over the gas burners in kitchen, for ventilation also why put the washer in the kitchen instead a room should have been designed on the backside of the store to house a washer/dryer. This home is beautiful but poorly executed!

when we copy designs from the west we should do it well. when you have a mezzanine deck in the living room it should overlook the entire sitting area in a way that someone standing up can look at those sitting downstairs. The mezzanine in this house does not serve that purpose. You can only see the Tv wall. I have seen this error in a lot of nigerian houses copying designs blindly form the US
