The$7300 deposit shocked me. Here in the US, you pay usually just one month's rent as a deposit.

Her apartment is a reasonable price for Korea I guess even though I don't leave in her country. It is super cute space. She has used the space she has very well. All the natural light she has coming in is a plus and it makes it comfortable and not depressing for her. 😊

Korean apartments are extremely cozy to me. I have traveled there with my wife and kids the last couple years and we rented an air b&b instead of a hotel. Some are better than others, but it has been mostly a positive experience. Staying in the apartments make you realize how much we live in excess! Especially here in the states. We stayed in Gangnam...which was convenient to the subway station.

Why is the deposit so high?

I'd like to know in what part of Seoul she lives, because this apartment doesn't look like it cost $700 in today's money. It's too big, the window view is too wide, and she has separate rooms. I don't believe for a second that her apartment only cost $700. In case anyone is wondering, I live in Seoul too.

Ive never seen that TV offered in the States. Ive however had my 55" LG since Dec 2012. The 3D isnt used (was cheaper than Smart TV back then). But i like portability of that Srand By Me tv. And you can change to portrait? *swoons*
