Laundry jet is just a fancy term for an old fashioned laundry chute. I've had them in two previous houses. Only difference seems to be the suction feature.
I don’t understand why you’d need that many bathrooms!? I would rather use those spaces for like a meditation room, salt room, room for painting, gong room, music room to jazz it up a little bit.
Not one thing in this house appeals to me. It’s so cold. I couldn’t imagine working all day and coming home to this cold stark house with no warm or comfort features.
Before I go on I have to point out that you're getting fat. This house will get 8.2 it's nice but no one is running up and down those stairs which leads to the question where is the elevator? Epic fail number 1, and epic fail number 2 is that cheesy burner 😂. I don't care if I ever use the stove but any home without a gas stove is a joke. Lots of wasted space in this liberal house. Everyone I know with a massive wine cellar have 5% wine and 5% soda 90% Monster energy drinks. You know as well as I know this house isn't impressive. I almost forgot gotta love that laundry shoot if you're a little person. My point was proven when the white towel unjammed the other towels in the tiny shoot. Love the pool though.
I like the house, somewhat. The shoot to bring the clothes down to the laundry room is stupid small. Unless I'm missing something you can barely fit a shirt, socks or underwear through it piece by piece. Don't even attempt to squeeze a sweater through it. Nice idea poor execution.
not too sure about that laundry jet, doesn't look very wide. If I'm spending 9.5m on a house the quality of clothes I'll be wearing won't be going in a laundry jet
The mansion has the modern, clean-cut look I love. I wouldn't move in and add clutter. Anyway, these south Florida mansion tours do something to me that makes me want to be there so badly. I have to suffice with Jason's videos. But I want to be there. 😞

Amazing. Frosted wall space. I guess with the home vac system there’s a central location where the dirt is collected to dump. Beautiful pool and backyard. Hope the iguana 🦎 doesn’t come with the house 😂. Beautiful family room upstairs. Unique shaped guest room indeed. Even the guest bathroom is awesome. That frosted glass movie theater/garage space is... interesting. I am not sure it works, though. Even the night shot wasn't giving you a very good quality movie experience. And the space inside is not finished. You can't put a couch or a pool table or something and it's weird as a garage inside a garage space. But, somehow, I think someone can think this through and make it into an amazing space.
@@benfranklin5255 see! that's smarter I think. You can big TVs in the bar area if you want but a bar area next to your living area is useful when you have people over.
I still don’t understand why these builders want us to spend 9+ million on a home and I have to share a closet with my husband? Makes no sense! The rest of the home is beautiful though!
