Never to be mentioned is the cost of building fees. I’ve always been an apartment person and was fortunate to live in some very classy buildings in Melbourne Australia. While prices have increased dramatically in both cities, London is so expensive. I watched a clip yesterday, £25 million and the kitchen while having the best cabinets and appliances, had no preparation space for cooking.
The interior of the property is superb and the views, exterior could do a little more sprucing up for its price and location. People come to London for its old world charm like Paris, we all understand that we have to adapt to modern times but I truly believe old world charm can be blended with modern touches. All in all I would love to live here, well planned space I should say and beautifully executed finishes.
I am saving to purchase one in London. Now i am browsing n hunting around for a property that has rooms on same floor or some rooms on Ground floor with the rest on other floors. Say between £2,000,000 and £3,000,000 max?
The bathroom/powder rooms very oversized, where do you put your clothes etc. I’d much rather have storage space over bigger bathrooms. The bar area was a miss that could have been a wet bar and would be more useful as the kitchen was quiet small. Think you could do a lot better with the price tag.
Like owning a huge self contained suite in a hotel - perfect if you want somewhere to call your own when you want to be in London - whats not to like - and great outdoor space where you can chill out and maybe spot Teresa May doing a bit of shopping in her lunch hours - perfect
I’m baffled by all that outdoor furniture at the top of the building. I know London has a better climate than most of the uk but still… won’t it be absolutely drenched for much of the time 🤔
I think Tom and Jess have come a long way since they started, and In my humble opinion, I think now there even better than Matt and Summer, he is Matts brother after all, they sound so alike
I would doubt it. I’d imagine with 7 apartments in the building there would have to be a certain amount of times each would use it at the very least. There would have to be someone policing it as any one apartment could take advantage …. Just saying
Is it just me but wouldn't that created a dangerous environment a tenant allowing a guest stay in the building facility? For 4 million pounds that's definitely a bad investment in my opinion

Apart from living area, I dont like anything. Even the kitchen has not enough counter space. The fridge also tiny. And I hate kitchens dat look more like wardrobes
Gawd some picky gits on here .. So, he said Big Ben so what. if I was going to visit London I'd say let's go and see Big Ben. People are just looking for something to pick on. Anyways back to the apartment. I liked it, and all the amenities that went with it, which I'm sure you're going to have to pay for. Rather have the house that was 4mil the other day. But yeah, enjoyed looking round this property.

@@radium1977 actually matt and summer are currently living in Australia so they Matt's brother, Tom his gf Jas and a couple other presenters in their stead to tour the various properties
