Confidence,you mean 4305 sqft not sqm.4305 sqm would be 10 of that land for 10 of that property.If people dont know this how would they actually know what they are buying or what they are selling for that matter?Anyone can be cheated easily then.Nice House,but the kitchen is too small for that sort of money.Dont these billionaires like a good and spacious kitchen or what?Big man problem l guess.😂😂🙏

350 million naira indeed! What bank would accept this as collateral for a N350m loan? This house is not worth more than N130m when we apply the basic summation method of valuation - land and building neither is the underwriting value anywhere close to what she's saying. Apparently, value is arbitrary assigned in Nigeria with no economic basis. Somebody go just wake up say him house is worth 1 billion lmfao. Purchase this and see if you can recover N350m upon resale or cash that from the bank 😅. Its 2023 and we still can't differentiate between personal and market value of an item. SMH
