Your boss needs to increase your Pay & Commission, Pronto! As well as the Cameraman's. You & him do a fantastic job in verbal and visual presentation. Your combined effort is like storytelling. Storytelling in such a way that the buyer becomes mesmerised in the details and only sees Home, Sweet Home, making he/she rush to the bank to get the bank manager to transfer funds into a great investment. Word is spreading about you and Eden o... You mentioned a very important KEY FACTOR that I HAVE NOT heard ANY Nigerian realtor mention - SMOKE DETECTOR / FIRE ALARM. For this, your already rising star became Supernova. No one wants to wake up to two burnt rooms in their apartment before the smoke chokes them to the horror of a fire outbreak. So, on that, Eden needs to cherish you because you are doing a fine job showcasing the Surveyors/planners attention to detail - SAFETY. You literally took all of us to the streets - in your previous listing - to get a feel of what the area looks like. On that, ten thumbs up. (Schools, Mall, Car Sales garage proximity to facilities etc) You then took it up ten notches by taking all of us to the gym and the bar / juice room within the area!? CONFIDENCE, WE THE VIEWERS & ABOUT-TO-BE BUYERS worldwide do declare you as THE WINNER OF REAL ESTATE PRESENTATION in Nigeria, hands down. (Cameraman step forward for your award too. Great job, steady and easy hand. We Love..) CONFIDENTLY declared. Affordable houses for those willing to relocate or invest without the sweat. No more 5, 7 minutes presentations, Eden now appreciates you and know that the taste of the Eba is not just in the EYEING but with full visuals of the taste of the Gari and what went into it thus the longer videos which we love and yeah, that Oga at the top at Eden needs to open up his wallet for these hardworking, cool Nigerians who are making us proud worldwide. Kudos all da wayyy.
Your feedback is really appreciated and we totally are happy you love our videos. We can't wait to have you purchase your home soon. Thank you so much.😊
My dear, I was about to say the same thing. I didn't expect to watch to the end but that camera work was impeccable. I kept wondering what it was rigged on to move so smoothly. If she is the boss, then she needs to take care of the cameraman, they did a fluid walkthrough of the entire space. Plus that lens, the way it made tight spaces seem wider than they actually are... Great video all through!!
@@ChikeCheeke Tight spaces? Go visit rooms in London's terraced houses or council flats and experience the textbook definition of tight spaces. This is very spacious in comparison.
I have seen so many real estate consultant homes presentation on YT and i can say, you top my list of best presentation. Your creativity and blending effortlessly into the homes you display is beautiful😊. Notification gang💃
Nice videos but we should ask for the environs. Road and water is zero in Lekki. They should talk more of and show the roads. I went to see loads of Lekki properties (not these guys) and I was shocked no water, no good roads etc. You have to treat water daily in Lekki axis. It's like brown water. Loads of 100m houses without water? Only in Naija.madness
I am definitely going to buy one of these homes in the next year or so. Plus I hope I get to meet Ms. Confidence. I don't why I just really like this company...its just something about the entire presentation.
Lovely home & an excellent price! One thing that I have noticed about new build Nigerian homes is the lack of open back garden space which is a disappointment but other than that a very beautiful home!
It's the same in highly populated metropolitan cities like New York, London, Paris, Tokyo and the likes But there are many other cities in Nigeria that have that feature especially Abuja
Afri Media that makes sense! Thank you for clarifying. I picked up on it because I see a lot of “Lagosian” homes with huge front gardens available for multiple car space and wondered why it contrasted with the typical front and back garden space.
Amazing presentation but in subsequent videos always please try to highlight the sqm of each rooms and the external part of the building. It's very vital especially people in diaspora that may not have the opportunity to come for viewing.
If I must compare with the houses that I've seen in Europe, South Africa or North America the design is great. Again, the cameraman is doing a fantastic job and so is the editing + the presenter ...always in good spirit! But one thing that I've noticed is the lack of storage space besides the ones available in the kitchen. I hope future designs will consider maximizing space to include this aspect. Still, its a great presentation and kudos to the entire team!!!
I screamed on sight of that beautiful Light Fixture & the Bathtub! I also love the wood & stone tile flooring. Nice anteroom & BQ too. Ajah & Ikota look like home. 😍😍 Please which area is more expensive & built with bigger rooms? Of course we love you Confidence & your singing too.
The kitchen is exquisite. By far the best kitchen I have seen in Nigeria real estate RU-vid videos. I still dont understand the idea of washing machine in the kitchen.
I love the interior design and the house well planned and structured. I also love the LED Lighting and it's beautiful colours. I love eden oasis. I hope this is how the house looks like. Because i don't want to be disappointed when i see something else.
Comfidence, you are the best is real estate. I am always in love with your presentations. God will continually belss you and i look forward to buying houses from you.
55m for this beautiful house?? Wow! This is so beautiful and Kool, I even prefer this huz more than the 3m dollar huz u show last. Lord bless me with money 🙏
I am shocked at the modern amenities and square footage that comes with Nigerian new house construction. In Jamaica with USD$150k you would be getting a tiny apartment for that price. This duplex would cost US$500,000 in Jamaica!!!
Nice buildings. But if you want to do something do it well. Raise the floors of your building due to water issue/rain. The gym is too small for the complex. You need to put varieties of bar bells (2 of same size) starting from 5lbs and upward. And add more equipments.
Just look at this luxury and how happy it makes one feel. Yet, most people would still say "money can't buy happiness". But you need the same money to buy a luxury home like this. Owning a home like this brings %100 happiness and without money, one can't buy a home like this. In conclusion, money buys happiness. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it's a detached. Which means I will have to share noises with neighbors lol
The people who say money can't buy happiness usually don't have any and therefore are unhappy lol. I always say money may not buy happiness but it's a hell of a down payment on it.
