I forgot to add: hallelujah! Praise the Lord ! There is an outdoor space or backyard where you can do a lovely patio or garden for family hangouts or “me” time 🌹💃🙏🏽🥂👍.. so this is a good Example maybe other estate developers will imitate them. But I will continue to advocate for a separate building for a boys quarters. However this BQ is a money making venture as it will be perfect for a AIRBNB accommodation. 😎
