Is that house properly registered as I can remember that you can only build 25% of the plotsize... the house has 1000m2 and the plot 1200m2, can you explain how this is made possible (if it is legal) ?
What is the calculation about ? The house cannot be more than 300m2 including covered terraces. The house does not have even close to 300m2 terraces I believe. @@gdainevi
