The only thing I think could be improved is for Denis to be a bit more enthusiastic in answering Viktorias questions. I'm not sure if Denis feels his primary responsibility is for the filming and not talking, but it would improve future videos if Denis was more vocal and it would be good to hear his opinion on the good questions Viktoria raises.

Interesting choice of house, but I've noticed something curious - whenever we explore premium properties in Spain, it's almost impossible not to come across the stunning listings from Drumelia agency. Their portfolio truly sets the bar high! Looking forward to more from them.
I especially like how the home sits just above……a factory?! (Albeit a nice, modern factory). Bedrooms are surprisingly small for this price point. Forget those silly Italian “doors” (next time, import solid wooden doors from Thailand. Best doors ever!). Overall, the best view was this young lady’s nails. Very, very nice! I think in introductions people should let see their eyes to convey trust. It would require the producer to think how to make the shot without the host being uncomfortable. Shot another time in the day or inside the house or use some light techniques with reflector/balance board or shoot from another part of the house or anything to make the host be able to make introductions without wearing sun glasses.
I love your videos Viktoria. Production is outstanding and you are the best presenter I've seen. Lot's of inspiration for me and my wife as we are building a home with million dollar views in Australia's Sunshine coast. One thing that bothers me with many of the houses you review is echoes.. It's easy to solve but, but very few architects take that into account it seems. I'm a musician so it's a very high priority for me with our house design. Anyway, keep up the great work. And..the 💜 purple is amazing! 😊
