A dirty kitchen is the kitchen in which you do the everyday cooking so as to not mess up your show kitchen. So just keep up the good work because you always give great tours. Don't worry about people who always feel the need to correct other people, especially when they try to correct you on something you were right about in the 1st place

I've always wondered why you've never tried to sell the lifestyle before, it seemed to me like such an obvious thing to do. I was looking into the tax implications of moving to Spain that could be a whole video all by itself , 2% wealth tax, 19% dividend tax etc. Even with the various options you have to mitigate the taxes Spain is not friendly to the very wealthy. P.s. Have a word with boss and get some hand made suits that fit you better, your obviously spending a lot of time in the gym.
I totally agree with your comment, I'm Spanish but living in England and Spain is quite bad environment for wealth taxes wise I mean, in fact I'd say is the best place of the world if you have money...and yeah Artur mate you're building up a lot of muscle mass...Saville road has amazing Taylors...cheers

From the outside this just looks like a concrete bunker. Yes there are better houses than this, smaller I’m sure, and they feel more like a cozy home and not a cold building.
For the same price, I like Villa Heart better with its open space concept, and especially the basement all-in-one entertainment area which is so cool and inspiring.

Artur nooooo This is one of my favourite properties in zagaleta and you made a quick tour without showing the basement...or the architecture of the house...please please you have to stick to the other format or at least show everything. I love your videos !!! Allow me a little criticism of this property: i am a bulthaup planner for VIP in germany. This built in kitchen is so poorly planned for the living space of this property. The kitchen seems so lost in the large room. color, plate thickness, extractor hood and the bar area...simply standard and nothing for the eye...unfortunately

Well what about the last Icon villa in Santa Clara priced at just under 3M ? Not same quality, but good finish, Marbella postcode, 1M cheaper.. Let me know your thoughts on that one Artur!
Question ….. when buying properties in the UK you pay a ONE OF TAX payment to the Government….. it’s called STAMP DUTY … depending on the purchase price…. What are the rules in Spain ?

All the houses in that urbanisation have no garages. This makes no sense to me. People who buying propertys in the 4-5 mill range are having expensive cars, which they wanna be protected from the elements.
