Another great tour guys although I am not a big fan of the Villa, but just opinion. That price and no garage doesn't make sense to me. Wasn't sure about the kitchen with the doors being in oak and the cupboards in a darker wood. Shame, but your tour was awesome again. Keep it up
Gorgeous home yet again. Not too big, but so well designed. FYI, swimming pool sound systems generally works by transmitting sound through the water to the inner, via the skull (known as bone conduction). Underwater speakers generally radiate sound off the entire speaker (distributing sound more evenly throughout the pool), creating the more immersive experience Dominik described. Coincidentally, bone conduction headphones are what I'm about to launch and mentioned interest in working with you gents in the comments in last week's video. 😂😂

Stunning villa though it would feel strange having your back to the tv? The interior designer didn’t give that much thought !! Tbh though in a house like that watching tv would be the last thing on your mind, the rest of the furniture would be far more entertaining to look at!!😂❤️
I like the style of the doors, but i don't understand why a so big entry of the property with a long walking and after a "small" house (i mean compare to what you show us generally ... kitchen and living room are just a little bit small
I actually really like the long driveway, as opposed to some other people here. For more privacy from the neighbours, I would suggest these type of close-to-eachother mansions start planting large dense cypress trees or high green hedges with these fast-growing plants. Sometimes it just doesnt make sense what they put there, because its tiny and will take 5 years of looking into your neighbour's house from top floor😅just look behind that outside kitchen area😂 upstairs terrace is amazing, but there they should have closed the side or have the larger greenery😊 Overall, the house is really beautiful and warm and with some minor tweaks it would be very much amazing!
20:19 "Scones" - No, those are SCONCES, not scones. Scones are a small round cake, like a bread popular in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Sconces are wall-mounted lights. I'm surprised that someone hasn't told you this yet.
Eure Präsentation war sehr gut - detailliert, informativ und unterhaltsam. Das Haus ist nicht wirklich mein Geschmack. Man hat den Eindruck, dass der Designer in einem zu kleinen Haus zeigen wollte, was er kann. Zu viele schmale Gänge, viel zu kleine Küche (der Kühlschrank war ein Witz), seltsames Innendesign und den Nachbarn kann man aus dem Fenster fast die Hand reichen. Die Garage fehlt ebenfalls. Für dieses Anwesen ist der Preis meines Erachtens völlig überzogen - vielleicht findet man einen Käufer, der unbedingt ein Haus von diesem Designer eingerichtet haben möchte - möglich ist alles.
