If this is indeed a footballer's home it's a lot more subtle than many I've seen over the years. Nice decor without being overly flash. Needs to get someone to attend to that lawn in the back garden though.

I used to live in Barnet Green 😂 10 years ago, very good Doctors. An expensive commuter area for Birmingham. But right on top of the Licky Hill, lots of walks over the hills and lovely views.

The interior design is quite nice,however when it comes to the kitchen it was poorly designed in terms of storage. It was designed for someone who heats but does not cook. Very little space for appliances or food storage . congrats to the Brits they finally discovered walk in closets also known as dressing rooms. It certainly makes for a tidier more elegant room.

Almost perfect just need one more bath in the visitors bathroom, maybe a bath/shower combo for when your elderly grandparents come visit. Otherwise people will ask to use your en suite the whole time

The kitchen's disappointing; not enough worktop space. Love the richer warm tones in the dining room, but it looks a bit like an office. Aside from all the washed out grey, it's a nice home. The position of the front door is a peculiar. But hey, nothing's perfect,

Ok, this is my house but I’m not moving to Birmingham! I love the idea of a full wine cellar type fridge, it’s my dream even though I hate wine. The cinema is sexy, not sure where I’m going to put all my DVDs, but so far I’m digging this place. The kitchen/dining/tv area is so me, my nephew’s a chef so the kitchen area will be ideal for him and he loves having an audience when he’s cooking for pleasure

It’s not far to Birmingham, perhaps 10 miles plus, but it right on the Licky Hills, range you do get snow, when other places don’t, it has got its own train station to Birmingham one way Worcester the other. I lived here 10 years ago and my post code was B60 but it comes under Worcester for refuse collection.

@@sheilahales4313 @MickeyCreole Most class Barnt Green as Birmingham, B90 postcode also, it just now falls under Worcester council… Central Birmingham is literally afew mins away by train and a 10 mile drive, absolutely nothing… that guy stating he wouldn’t move to Brum is a clown who clearly hasn’t been ever or a long time… it’s a great cosmopolitan city with some amazing bars, restaurants, leisure venues that’s very Green and some of the nicest, friendliest people in the country…

If a job pays 30000 a year but after tax we only get 21000 so if we are renting, bills, food, transport we only get 15000 It means that a person will have to work for 100yrs to earn 1500 000 = 1.5 million. If a house costs around 300000 cheap one lol we should have to work for 20years to earn enought to buy a house
