One of the aspects of your channel and presenting style that I sense everyone appreciates is the way that you make what is inaccessible to most people entirely accessible, but you do it in a down-to-earth, non-flashy way that combines professionalism and expertise whilst at the same time not patronising your audience. Building site across the road - probably going to cut off a lot of that panoramic view once constructed as well as leaving your terrace feeling overlooked.
