It's not good design to have the toilet behind the shower space. It means one has to walk past a wet floor to reach the toilet. Secondly, the more used item should be nearer to the door. A toilet is used several times a day but the shower is used at most twice a day.

I thought it should have a separate toilet and shower, Here is a solution; you see where the toilet is,,,one can out a door just where the shower starts,....then bomoa towards the right side of the wall and extend a little bit to make it a shower karoom and problem solved.
