This is the first property I really like in Lagos. The price is OK, so good value for money. The solar system is very thoughtful. No unnecessary extras, just has the basic amenities. If I was in the market for a home in Nigeria I would have bought one. Developers need to go for more affordable houses because currently, a house in Nigeria is not an investment as it can never recover its own cost. So, for those of us doing legit work abroad, it only makes sense to spend the bare minimum to have a home in Nigeria
