You can find me everyday eating donuts in my Porsche if that was my place 😂

Apart from being way over priced, you would think these super special top tier architects could have done a better job in the car garage area... they missed the basic fundamentals of automobiles and structures... @ 19:18 lets put a huge cement and metal pole right in the drive next to a garage door. then worse @ 19:54 having vertical poles throughout your garage only invites accidents, scrapes and impediments... VERY poor design
He is in need of a stylish for appropriate clothing. His fit frame and height provide an opportunity for refined, dapper clothing. This would equal the beautiful properties that he is presenting!
You forgot to mention the Big Ass Fans BAF in the screened porch and garage. Those are really cool! The garages and club house on top of the garage is the best part of the house along with the hill top and land.
Good video as always, but your videos would be a lot better if you slowed down a touch, and also showed the complete house. We have been disappointed for 3 or 4 straight videos by not taking the time to show things we can see , or things that you mention and then don't show. My wife wanted to see the 2 pantries you mentioned in this one for example, you never showed the inside of the beautiful garage on the Modern Farmhouse for another example. Otherwise we love the videos, hope you use this as constructive feedback.
All homes should be built to accommodate the elderly and disabled. This will be better for everyone. Large wide doorways and hallways make using a cane, walker or wheel chair much easier. Bathrooms or wet rooms need to have flat floors and no shower hump or pan. A flat floor allows for easy access and drains need to provided. Easy to use lever door and faucet handles are easier for the elderly to grip and open. Main floors should include a master bedroom, restroom, shower, laundry and wide walk in closet with few steps to enter. Homes should be designed with aging in place in mind.
what a great house and dope tour as always. have just one question, every time i watch American home tours , its always the same thing it took 5 years to build . why does it take so long build a 6 bed 9 bath house. I'm a property developer in south Africa with Strick labor laws and difficult construction rules and regulation. i could still build a 10 bed 11 bath house in 7/9 moths easy
Appreciate that! Sounds like we need you here haha. You know, I don’t know the exact answer to that, all I can say to it is that permitting occasionally here takes forever and when someone plans on building their forever home they can change their minds more then a few times haha. Also this home and its location of being on a hill away from major commercial areas also took more planning. Would love to film out in South Africa one day
Sawubona Lloyd, kunjani mfowethu? I heard him say for 5 years it was design, still, two years would be a lot to build when compared to us here in South Africa. One year would have been the most to build that here. Otherwise, a beautiful house with nice furnishings. That garage is very nice, all the different sections that are functional. Very, very nice. The cars are the icing on the cake. Must say, the garage is way too detached from the main house. I have seen a number of American houses like that. For me, it would not be nice to have to walk that far for my car. I am even imagining the rainy seasons.
So a completely hidden door to a bedroom that would probably get consistent use out of....but... a clearly double-locked door, very visible, in the closet that is a safe or a safe room? I think you have some priorities backward...
I find it fascinating how people with OCD go with pure white interiors like this. People that don’t have OCD do not do this. Odd but true fact. You can’t wear high end clothes & sit on that furniture.
I think it’s partially because of the hill that the house was built on. I think it’s nice if you think about the noise coming from the garage. Being further away from the home might nice long term 🤷🏻
