That's the first thing I noticed with that opening drone shot. For 43M I don't want to be able to reach out and touch my neighbor's house!! That's ridiculous. I would much prefer a smaller house and have more outdoor space.
my thoughts exactly. Nice finished house but for that price is a joke. There's lots of people literally a few inches from you on all 3 sides. You can catch a cold from your neighbor. This is absurdity. That house in Texas would be worth 3 mil. lol
agreed. If he said 4 million I would be - ah, ok, that makes sense. I am guessing it is location- but look at location, surrounded from all sides by buildings, exept towards the ocean, which is not so close that you can just stroll down, and not so wild nature you can enjoy it - I am not impressed at all. Truth be told, for this house, even 4 mill would seem too much for me. Just comapre to some of the gems the boys toured in the past, that are so much cheaper

Sorry, 43M is a joke for a house with nieghbors that can touch your front door with a small rod. It looks like a compact middle to upper class house in a nice suburban community (not a 43M super mansion that does NOT have private garden leading into the ocean, as the title suggests).
@@Reddylion I think you can indeed have houses like this for 5 million dollar in parts of the USA and in Europe. In some countries it could be much cheaper. I have seen people build mini mansions in the Philipines, but the laws prevent foreigners from buying land, so foreign guys get creative in their cash routing and let their wive or gf 'buy the land and build the property'. I have seen them build mini mansions with pool etc for 50k up to 100 K. Place this house in this video in top locations and you get these multi dozen million dollar weird prices. It's just the location....

Now I understand why I payed my house 2mio more just to be at least 500m far from the first neighbours, no land, no garden ! Great tour you guys, and the watch brought some color to an otherwise dull looking interior. Not on Balboa island, view of the ugly bridge and “some” water, and obviously no boat dock. I’m from Manhattan Beach (El Porto) by way of the Hollywood Hills (pre-earthquake), so no problem being 12 feet from the neighbors. Definitely a $20M house with a dream price of 😂$40M+. Not to mention the busy 4 lane street at an intersection right below you. No way would you hear the ocean that far away. You'll hear honk honk, and your neighbors on each side. This is NOT Newport Beach.

I've noticed a lot of people complaining about the proximity to neighbors, but it's not much different in this regard to one of those luxury high-rise condominiums that go for similar amounts of money in NYC and LA. Some who are wealthy enough to afford these properties prioritize a central and/or waterfront location and low maintenance living over having wide open spaces between neighbors.
Yeah, for 43 mil I wanna be able to walk few steps into the ocean. I want to hear the waves crashing and I want to be able to walk out on the beach anytime I want without having to drive.
I think it's very tastefully done, excellent job, but to me it's a 6 million dollar home. Where's the other 37 million going? The 'neighborhood'? Is it THAT exclusive there? Eh.. I guess I just don't get the California phenomena. Very well done though. Nice home.
Terrible privacy. View is poopy for 43mill. no yard or greenery. Garage is pitiful for a house with this price. If I'm spending that kind of money for a beach house I want access to a beach from my house.
Very nice. Rather expensive neighborhood though. You really need a strong affinity for that neighborhood to weather those price tags because that's way above Beverly Hills prices.
