Hamas unleashed a war without providing any shelter or supplies for their people. UNRWA must have been fully aware of this. Hamas fighters are still well fed and fighting. Is anyone appealing to them to fulfill their humanitarian duties?

Israel made it clear at the outset that they would not stop until Hamas was defeated. Had the UN begun immediately, they could have minimized much of this suffering if they had really wanted to do.
