The kitchen is so horrible- some period homes suit some modern aspects but this looks like a cheap grey generic MFI kitchen- this property is too old and needs something more in keeping- bathroom horrible too- no character
Such a crime to paint those wonderful old beams 😢😡. …..oh and surely a proper farmhouse would have an Aga in the kitchen, house has lost its historic feel and has become a pretentious commuter belt sham, not a beautiful listed home, what were the listing people thinking of 😳
I wholeheartedly agree. The house itself is beautiful, but the inside has been rendered characterless. If you want modern decor then buy a modern house instead of ruining the aesthetics of such a lovely building.
