As in 600M FR. I’d prefer buying land worth 30M in the outskirts of the city. Build a mansion worth 100 with a chopper parking. Buy an LX600 worth 30M, Buy a Chopper worth 150M. Invest 200M in building a residential apartments. 90M balance for maintenance of my properties. That’s enough for people to respect you

Kenyan real estate is so overpriced. More overpriced than Singapore and Dubai. This house should be around 200-250 Mil just because of land nothing else. The building cannot cost more than 100 mil max to build and that's because of imported interiors
