Nice set up for a bungalow. Would have loved that the put up a shower separation glass so water when bathing doesn’t spill over and it adds to the aesthetics as well

This would be a perfect idea. Good thing is the design of the house allows for a shower cubicle to be installed, these are some of the ideas that clients can influence at the design and construction stage of the off plan development

The house is fairly price, if u consider the land, fittings and already installed Electricity. Are the individual titles available, any other charges like transfer of titles to the new owner? Service fee etc.
