Thank you, Victoria for the professional tour….very enjoyable! Staff of 20, WOW! Fantastic villa, for sure! (Look up “mosaic” to pronounce: long A, emphasis on 2nd syllable, mo-sA-ic.). Keep ‘em coming, love your work. Be safe…🤘🏻🇺🇸
Nice, but too much teakwood... It's hard to change interior style to your own taste! The teakwood is nice on details, but when the floors, walls, ceiling and furniture are all in Teak, it's just too much!
❤ Never is Victoria not matching whatever property she showcase in being absolutely stunning and beautiful. This is simply amazing. Besides 6 bedrooms and amazing hilltop sunset mountain and ocean views the most spectacular amenities.❤ Never will I not be a Victoria fan.
I'm really surprised to see that Koh Samui is now offering properties with 8-digits prices. I'm wondering when we can start pricing our developments at similar prices here in Boracay.
This is so frustrating seeing all these beautiful properties because being a foreigner you can never own one legally, I have looked into it extensively even having a lawyer look at ways you can purchase properties in Thailand and no matter what people say a foreigner can never own land. Buying properties using a Thai company is legal but also fraught with danger as my lawyer explained and not worth the risk, condos and apartments are the only properties a foreigner can legally own without any risk. I’ve never been to Thailand but I know many people that have and they absolutely love the country that is what started me looking for a retirement home, the sticking point for me is a property to retire to I have never liked condos or apartments and would want a proper home preferably near a beach with a sea view. The only way I can see me getting what I want is renting so I’m now looking into that as I still see that as my best option, two years left before retirement so still got plenty of time to find my perfect home.
Wow! What a fantastic presentation 🙂 Really, that's my kind of home. For me, it's not just about money... It's about the Culture, Buddhism and the Smell of Thailand. While you were going through each area, I was thinking of all of the benefits, I could and/or would bring to the Island... I visualized "Traditional Thai Dancers" practicing on the grounds and Muay Thai fighters working out, in the Gym and practicing in the Ring... Gaud! there is so much a person could do with a property like that... I'll keep an eye on it 🙂
@@victoriawitthinrich I enjoyed 3 months in Thailand waaaaay back in 2000 (a lifetime ago!). And really enjoy reliving my time there through your awesome videos.
It’s quite astounding how many high end luxury homes there are on these small islands…… amazing, so many to choose from if you are Elon Musk ??? Great presentation young woman… need more than a lottery win to purchase this amazing home…?
10 million yes but is the land freehold. The most important question that needs to be answered with these tours. Who pays 10 million for a house without a land title, seriously..
Koh Samui is at the cheaper end of the scale when it comes to Thai island properties, so I’m struggling to see the value with this one. From what I’m seeing, budgets of $1-2m would get you not far from this. Beautiful property though.
Very overpriced IMO . the design and finish does not match the price. IMO its worth les than half that! its Koh Samui for jeez sake! A lot of sales waffle but I guess that's typical for a sales person.
9.551722, 100.018523 Wonder how well suited/practical it is for permanent living, like when its pouring outside and you want to go from one room to another and have to bring your umbrella with you. Looks good though. When I become filthy rich Ill probably consider it.. 4:53 where in the big living room are the ACs?
