@@pulkaraj6269 If U’ve watched the video, U’ll know they posses nothing but the essentials, decor/interiors hardly done, white bare walls mostly. Most Indian homes are loaded with things, various colors induced, this house states the minimalist style in best ways possible.
@@ayshujk6423 I did watch the video and yes, all correct. Except for the swanky home. Minimalism isn't a lifestyle statement, it's a way of life. The concept is difficult for a materialist society to understand (:
@@pulkaraj6269 Agree, but I guess the client’s preference is to include as many entertaining spaces for gatherings. Square footage of each room is larger than regular. Probably for a large joint family. Or possibly with the client’s large plot, the designers just enlarged, resulting some space’s dysfunctional within the rooms. But still agree with this house being swanky.
@@pulkaraj6269 You are one of those who reads a few articles, become a self-acclaimed saint like and start preaching pointlessly in comment section. How do I know? Bcs you don't understand a god damn difference between "Minimalism in Lifestyle" and "Minimalist Architectures".
It reminds me of my college building, open plan and rooms resembling my classroom. Its built for a young couple so I get it. One thing I like is the trees
Just WOW! Fell in love with every aspect of this house. So elegant extremely beautiful use of the design with light sweeping through the house and natural elements incorporated at every level too good. Nothing garish or eye sore in the name of luxury, trend etc.
These days, not using the lights during the day is a huge challenge. This house is capable of cutting down several costs and is open to accommodate the lifestyle changes that happens as a person ages. Sensible home while it tries to balance the natural energies.
I have great respect and admiration for Indian architects, I now know who I will be engaging. Just a suggestion to tour agents, you can create products with homeowners and architects, some travelers would love to visit such homes at good fees
Love this house! The different spaces mesh together so beautifully. You can tell that the architects, builders though about everything. WIsh they had shown the kitchen.

THIS IS MY DREAM HOUSE AND I REALLY WANT THIS KIND OF HOUSE , ITS NOT GOING AWAY FROM MY MIND AT ALL .. THE AMBIENCE AND ALSO THE CONTEMPORARY DESIGN TOO .. WOULD LIKE TO LIVE HERE AS IT LOOKS GOOD , WHEN RESERACH IS CONDUCTED .SPECIALLY TO GROOM YOUNG SCIENTISTS FROM PREMIER INDIAN INSTITUTIONS AND ALSO ANY NATIONS INTRESTED TOO @ Research !
Actually the floor plan is in pdf format which is not that useful, please provide atleast CAD file in your membership plan, even if 3d model is available we can better understand the house planning.
Good and minimalistic design. However, I feel that there is a lot of natural light coming inside through those huge windows and due to which a lot of heat will be trapped inside, which needs to be cooled down through AC thereby drawing a huge electricity bill. Moreover, the plants and water fountains will release lots of moisture thereby increasing the humidity of the inside area of the house. Balancing the humidity and temperature in the summer season will be a daunting task for the AC
when the greens are blended with flower plants , miniature ones -- it becomes a bed of greens and flower -- I think you have idea of miniature flower plants -- @Japan has such plants .,, I would like the greens to be blended with white , lavender and light pink -- the floating flower beds when blended with greens --
I have one query -when there is a provision of sunlight in the middle of the house then during rains the water must pop inside with noise and make it wet sideways too so how do u deal with it?
BANGALORE IS THE MOST SUSTAINABLE CITY OF SOUTH INDIA AND ALSO THE FLORA AND FAUNA ,AS WELL AS THE POLUTION CONTROL IS BETTER .. I LOVE TO LIVE THERE -- AS ITS THE HAPPENING CITY ..
This doesn't look luxurious but livable. A house which grows with you. Reflects abundance of hope and simplicity. Leaves a happiness when you use it. Unlike those high rise which just have fancy aminities and yuck luxury.
It looks good and design is very promising as well as mesmerising , but how are you going ton cater the needs of security systems to such a big interconnected house --
