Mr. Realtor, I hope you're reading the strings of comments coming through. 99% negative, not only coming from Ghanaians like us who live overseas but other nationals. This must just serve as guide to your advertisement of property on your channel. It's never going to help Ghana in the long round. People are going to be scared of relocating to Ghana which has RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED real estate market, yet lacks so many amenities. What is in the so call Airport residential area are mere basics to those of us who live abroad and I mean ordinary people like me, where we earn good money , yet spend half of or even less of what you just listed. This is why most of us are complaining.

They're over priced in every sector of the economy. Mediocre hotels charging $250 for a Hotel that will Charge $80 in Bangkok or Bali . Their services are mediocre to say the least.

It's a beautiful building. However, the apartments are way- over priced. What is with all those dam doors? Whoever manufactures doors in Africa should be a billionaire. I was told to obtain an attorney and have a clause in it that after 50-75 or 99 years, a renewal will be offered indefinitely. Also have your paper state when you expire the property can be inherited by your children etc

Kitchen is ugly! Windows in bedrooms are too small. Bathroom tiles are tacky! No outside gardens. Property is overpriced, you can buy better in south Africa! Anyway a fool & his money are soon parted😂

Do you have half of that amount in your account presently or you've just saying it because you're also this field? Are you guys not thinking that soon this outrageous prices will collapse the Ghanaian Real Estate market and you'll go out of business or work? Or do you think those in the Diaspora like myself will not do research about other equally peaceful countries in Africa like Rwanda, Namibia, Tanzania, even Nigeria which offer far better , well planned real estate but cheaper prices to tend to these countries, there preventing investors to invest in Ghana because they would not get the market anymore for their investment?

@Selasi Sir, I have absolutely checcked so many places in Africa especially good places in Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya, Morocco and by far better planned neighborhoods than this overhyped airport residential, and rheir prices are way lower this apartment listed for over half a million dollars. By the way, on top of that, these good places I just list do not even quote prices in dollars. Once again , this over-pricing will rather collapse Ghana's real estate market. Mark my words
