Nice vid. Interesting comment made by the QS: "It's trying to make it look nice for the least money to get the best sale out of it". I think that attitude is why a lot of new homes are overpriced and have mediocre quality.

Its helpful to see the questions you ask, how you manage the meeting and get the best out of your professional team. I’d love to see a follow up video where you describe the objective of the meeting and commentate on the various points/questions raised.

Love how forward-thinking the QS are! I work in Low Carbon Tech and honestly it's so refreshing to hear how new developments would rather push towards cleaner energy methods of heating like ASHPS's instead of dirty gas boilers - amazing vid too, hopefully this is something I'm doing one day once my finances take a turn in the right direction 😂

your voice was clear but others was echoing, could not keep my attention to this video for more than 5mins, please use better quality mike systems when in such meetings. Your idea of having such a meeting is great, but please make sure the sound quality of other members are good, you can provide seperate mikes for them in future, just a feedback, Hope its taken positively, thanks!

What system do you recommend for designing sites?

QS work can only be as accurate as the drawings and specs. Most importantly the client’s requirement. If the clients don’t have a clear vision and budget, they will end up paying a lot more at the end.

Okay, quick recap: what have we learned from this video? Build a large funnel when sourcing investors where potential margins are high. Someone mentioned Spain. The person might be referring to a warm climate and short-term rentals, but who knows? I was trying to fake laughter and ask for this woman's phone number, but she seems very professional, with high heels and the kind that can slap you if you misbehave. What were we talking about?
