Love the location and that roof garden. All that white and marble is not my taste, but I think this can be warmed up with some color and texture. No mention of parking.

The thing is that it is so tight spaced (not the house, the area) that your neighbors can look into your house from across the street. With all these houses I would love to have tinted windows. Don’t wanna see my neighbors doing whatever in my bedroom. Or seeing me walk in my underwear through the building.
Explain it to me like I’m from the middle of nowhere (which I am), but how does a wood burning fireplace work in a Manhattan townhouse? Assuming you don’t just stroll down to Central Park and start splitting dead logs. Is wood readily available? Is itaffordable?
Manhattan is anchored to the earth . . .it's not an island floating in space. Next door is Jersey and, yes, Virginia, you can buy fire logs in Manhattan. Not cheap but if you already paying big bucks for a townhouse here, it's nothing strange to toss firewood in the fireplace because you are already throwing bundles of cash into a fire by living here anyway.
