Tip don't use anything in any house that new because that is reserved for the first buyer. They want to be the first to open the refrigerator and drink from it first to use the bathroom try the beds etc. Is very unprofessional to see when real state agents take such liberties of properties don't belong to them.
Encino gots beautiful homes! Pity is not close to L.A. I love that home, gots beautiful clear colors, no black, no dark brown, no darkish colors, finally. Excellent.
I have yet to tour this house because I've been touring the one directly right behind. But I'm glad you got to do your thing Darren so now I can see it!

Awesome tour and commentary. Love that kitchen, pantry, bedrooms. Would be cool if you could revisit some of the homes your tour to see if it sold and how long it took to sell. Don’t know Encino outside of the movie but homes next to this look like 3-4 bedroom ranch type homes
BEAUTIFUL! BUT ENCINO IS A FEW DEGREES WARMER THAN HELL! VERY NICE HOUSE THOUGH AND THE PRICE TO MATCH! BUT I WANT AN OCEAN VIEW IN PARTICULAR, A VIEW OF THE QUEENS NECKLACE!
I wish this guy were genuine - a well lit movie theater with "windows", a basketball court where you are likely to throw the ball onto the neighbors lawn, fake grass all over the backyard. This is the kind of house where there is absolutely nothing that stands out and they want top dollar for it. Its a terrible investment if you ask me.
