Such developments should have stricter zoning laws for sure, not less than 3 acres per property.

In the 'country' you will see lots of those types of mansions with lots of landscaping this is lagos, city land is scarce . Just like Newyorkers who pay big money for cubicles especially if you want to be near where the action is.

Where the 1% stay here in Nairobi it's 3 acres or so per home and no highrise buildings.
