This video shows the parts that need to be cleaned or replaced in the event of an oil pump failure.
Part number of the pump assembly : 15010-JF00B
This pump has seized up. Upon disassembly, it was found that deposits had gathered in rotor lobes. Cleaning these out fixed this pump, but rotor rings can break and can be replaced.

do you know the correct clearance for the oil pump please? I can't find it in the technical documentation

1. Oil pump housing to oil pump outer rotor radial clearance: 0.080mm-0.140mm 2. Oil pump inner rotor to oil pump outer rotor tip clearance: 0.100mm-0.200mm 3. Oil pump housing to scavenging oil pump outer rotor radial clearance: 0.130mm-0.186mm 4. Scavenging oil pump inner rotor to scavenging oil pump outer rotor tip clearance: 0.300mm (or less)

Any insight as to where to source the rotor shaft? I haven't found any and it seems I would have to purchase an assembled oil pump altogether.

Try www.jdmgarageuk.com/ they can normally source most things. I can sell you the pump you saw in this video, the rotors are near perfect.
