I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Thats one of its major flaws for this design. 1 car placed in the driveway and it blocks 4 garage spots worth of cars trying to get out.

Love this home by far . I love the two water closet features in the master bath . Also all the spaces it has to offer. You could actually have a gen suite by the second bedroom. I love this plan and do the build it in other communities. I love this plan hands down . It’s the ultimate dream home. Also why’s the final price with all the upgrades that are featured. Thanks for the video you are very thorough.

Only thing I dont like about Texas homes is the master suite is on the first level and always off the living room I would want all my entertainment on the first level and the bedrooms upstairs besides the guest bedroom but this house is it LOVE IT

Wow! This home is definitely on my radar. I just wish the builders did more with the closet space vs having such a massive bathroom. They could put more fixtures and led lighting in a closet vs wasted space between the bath and vanity IMO. Also, the stove seems far from the sink and not having a pot filler is disappointing. Access to the yard from the owner suite vs a bay window, heavier doors and tile floors vs (what looks like) vinyl click lock floors would set it off... Otherwise it's giganic, the entertainment space is awesome and the home offers opportunity with a lower price point.

$814,000 is their advertised “starting” price for this collection. This particular model in the video is no longer being offered so they removed the price…If I were to speculate the price I would most likely say it should be around $1M… I hope that helps.

It sells for 1.4 to 1.6M USD. This house never was priced at $814K, that is the starting price of the 1-story on the 90 foot lots. The base price also doesnt include the lake lot which is quite expensive and you have to buy a lot to build a house on.
